Bike Maintenance (with B3 Bicycles)

Registration in advance is required as we will be providing Pizza.

JSTS, in partnership with our Platinum Sponsor B3 Bicycles, will be hosting a hands-on training and instruction session on bike maintenance.  As it will be a hands-on session, we will try to do two stations so you can rotate and cover more ground in less time. Below is a list of items B3's EXPERT TEAM will cover.

• How to remove and install your wheels with grace and aplomb - quick release and thru-axle. (No more smashing your rear wheel into your rear derailleur until it magically decides to go where you want it to!)
• How to change a tube (No more calling your parents or spouse at ungodly hours from very far away!)
• How to change a valve core (No more sticky valves that won't open and don't accept air!)
• How to plug a tubeless tire (No more worrying about punctures that don't seal!)
• How to replace a dropped chain. (No more cursing and filthy fingers!)
• How to properly clean and lube a chain. (No more sloppy mess all over your chainstays!)
• How to use a torque wrench. (No more cracking the expensive carbon bits on your bike when you decide to adjust your seat post and handlebars!)
